　　昨日原油在受到消息面欧洲油品公司英力士称，北海福尔蒂斯管道因电力问题关闭，供应缺失的担忧助推油价上涨，WTI原油最高涨至56.51dollar/桶，布油则逼近62美元关口。原油这一波拉伸触及了月线的40日均线，本月若强势收阳，中长线原油多单进一步确立。
　　
　　周线图上原油低点不断抬升，上方压力在40The daily moving average is54.5附近，油价在中期会进一步向上发力。日线上看，隔日多层消息利好油价，提振上涨，日线录得带下影线的大阳，盘中一度突破布林带中轨上至上轨处，受阻回落，日线整体看涨不变；从4小时上看，原油隔日一度打破52-55区间，再次将运行区间上移一个阶段，盘中破位上轨到达56.04高位，当前布林带处于开口期，MA均线呈多头排列，KDJ随机指标三线即将并拢向下，MACD指标顶背离，快慢线向上延伸，日内油价区间再上一台阶， 或将是53-56，目前原油有回撤需求，看涨不变。综合来看，今日晚间短线操作思路上万杰理财个人建议以回调做多为主，反弹高空为辅，上方短期重点关注56.6-57.2Frontline resistance, short-term focus below55.1-54.6Frontline support.

　　黄金：亚市尾盘，美元指数(97.6510, -0.0116, -0.01%)窄幅整理交投，目前小幅承压至97.65附近水平。而亚市尾盘现货黄金短线快速上涨，最高触及1506.60dollar/Ounces;
　　
　　接下来投资者将关注英国脱欧方面的最新消息，欧盟27国将在周五（10month25日）继续就“脱欧”延期的问题举行磋商，届时可能会就脱欧延期一事做出重要决定，如果出现任何意外情况均可能引发市场剧烈波动。

　　昨日欧行决议维持三大利率不变，重申了经济下行的风险，整体通胀可能在年末上升前轻微下跌，引发欧元大幅回落，与此同时英国脱欧备受打击，延迟脱欧基本已成定局，唯一悬念是延期的时间长短，英国工党领袖科尔宾拒绝了英国首相约翰逊12month12日举行大选的提议，除非无协议脱欧选项被排除，另外昨晚美国耐用品订单的整体和各分项指标都出现负增长，进一步坐实了美国经济面临的投资疲软困境，市场普遍预期美联储下周将降息25个基点，同时美国国防部证实，美准备向叙利亚东北部增兵，以中东局势升温，一系列避险及利好因素推动金价上涨，重回1500dollar/盎司关口上方，上行空间打破，短线金价走势偏涨，关注反弹延续性动能。今日日程表上没有重要数据，主要还是关注英国脱欧及下周美联储降息预期方面消息，目前来看，显然这两项消息都是有利于黄金买盘，做好逢低买入准备。
　　
　　技术面上，金价3连阳K排列，日线BOLL轨道向上修正，目前粘合运行，趋向1515-1510发展，而BOLL中轨1493一线沦为买盘支撑，BOLLLower rail1483一线更是沦为反弹底部，各MA均线指标拐头向上，接下来关注反弹延续性，破位1515-1510有望重拾多头行情，回归1550dollar/盎司上方，趋势维持看涨。短线上，4Hour chart breakthrough1495一线阻力走出反弹延续行情，并且已经破位，反弹动能较强，日内回跌也是走出新高再跌，不会直接回跌给到进场点然后涨，日内先反弹关注1515-1510一线阻力位，受阻回调关注1500-1498一线支撑，万杰理财个人建议维持看涨思路，昨日提供1490做多，已经成功止盈。今日见1500一线先继续做多，止损放在1495，看新高，受阻高位再反手空下来接多。
