　　美国原油库存意外减少，精炼油库存也意外下降，跌至2018year7月以来最低水平，美国原油出口增加，同时，美国石油进口降至11810000 barrels/日，创历史新低；再加上OPEC及其盟友可能，国际贸易局势乐观预期升温，共同给油价提供上涨动能；而且目前初步突破了相对低位的震荡区域，短线有望进一步震荡上攻。
　　
　　日线来看，低位震荡后初步向上突破；MACDGolden fork,KDJ金叉，油价顶破了10month11Daily high point54.93附近重要支撑，鸿ㅣ金认为在失守该位置前，短线偏向进一步震荡上探200Daily moving average57.19附近阻力；然后63.38-50.99Downtrend61.8%Resistance to retreat position58.65附近。不过，由于目前油价还未站稳在100Daily moving average55.76上方，若意外回落至5Daily moving average54.64下方，则削弱短线看涨信号。10Daily moving average and20日均线分别在54.15and53.78Near.
