美原油消息面：Wednesday(10month16day)油价盘中一度涨逾1.5%，因有迹象显示石油输出国组织(OPEC)及其产油国盟友将在12月继续限制供应，且美元走软；不过API原油库存数据公布后，油价大幅回落。截止收盘，纽约11monthWTIfuturesrise55Cents, increase1%, received at53.36dollar/桶；伦敦12月布伦特原油涨68Cents, increase1.2%, received at59.42dollar/Bucket.
APIPublished data shows that US crude oil inventories increased last week1050Ten thousand barrels, from2017year2月以来最大增幅。美国原油库存录得连续第五周增长。芝加哥 Price Futures GroupSenior Market AnalystFlynn表示，短期内市场上的原油供应过剩，投资者预计本周原油供应将大幅增长，因炼油厂运行率保持在低位。
对即将达成脱欧协议的乐观情绪支撑了油价，尽管在欧盟消息人士称磋商陷入停滞后，这种乐观情绪有所减弱。分析人士表示，任何避免无序脱欧的协议都应该会提振经济增长和石油需求。
OPECAnd its allies will12month5Solstice6日在维也纳举行会议，审议原油产量政策。Lipow Oil AssociatesCEOAndy Lipow表示，市场人士相信OPECAnd its alliesOPEC+可能决定进一步减产，并“等待全球需求赶上供应形势”。
美原油技术面：美原油日线上看，布林带三轨朝下运行，MA5The moving average turns downward with a golden cross,KLine intersection between the middle and lower tracks in BolinMA5\MA10Near the moving average,MACD快慢线于零轴下方呈死叉向右走平绿色动能小幅缩量，KDJ三线缩口朝下预交死叉下行，日图行情整体表现一定的空头趋势；4小时图上，布林带微幅向下，目前K线交投于布林中轨下方运行，MACD快慢线交死叉缓和下行绿色动能小幅放量，KDJ三线交死叉向下发散，油价短线呈现震荡偏弱趋势。
综合来看，今日日内操作上建议高空为主。上方初步阻力在53.1Nearby, the resistance in the next step is53.7，下方初步支撑在52.7附近，近一步支撑在52.4。
