　　上周五黄金开盘在1493.69美元，亚盘阶段黄金价格一路走高，在欧盘初段，最高上涨至1503美元，随后黄金价格急速走跌下来，美盘跌至1473.91美元低点，不过后半夜价格开始反弹，最终日线在1488美元收取一根带长上下影线的阴线。
　　
　　技术面来看，，周线经过上周五的走跌，目前已经走出双死叉的下跌局面，如果本周黄金不能够重新回到1500上方，那么后续可能会试探周线布林带中轨支撑点1455美元，所以本周黄金涨跌比较关键。日线上，周五黄金跌至布林带下轨开始反弹，目前布林带下轨有向下开口的迹象，但是均线和MACD都没有下倾的动作，这就减轻了黄金下跌的力度。4小时上，连续走出带长下引线的阳线，表明底部支撑比较强劲，如果黄金能够站上4hourMA10average1492上方，走出双金叉反弹形态，那么金价将有望在上1500美元。小时线目前形成双金叉形态，但是上涨力度没有完全走出，重点关注白盘是否会继续走高，综合来看，今日操作思路上周鸿金个人建议高空为主，低多为辅；

　　周五原油开盘在53.91美元，亚盘阶段原油小幅走跌至53.67美元，随后开始上涨，欧盘阶段一度上涨至54.83美元，接下来又迎来一波快速走跌，在美盘初段最低下跌至53.64美元，不过后半夜原油再度走强，并且创下新高点至54.93美元，最终日线在54.91美元收取一根中阳线。
　　
　　技术面来看，周线试探布林带下轨支撑后，迎来一波快速反弹，上周收线也是收取一根大阳线，K线从布林带下轨一路上涨至接近中轨的位置，不过目前也是来到布林带中轨以及一众均线把手的阻力点，目前周线布林带三轨走平，一众均线都聚集在布林带中轨，MACD快慢线也是处于O轴的位置，大趋势依旧是震荡。日线上，MA5均线上传MA10均线形成金叉，不过MACD并没有形成金叉，布林带中轨和MA60Moving average andMA30均线联合在55.50美元形成阻力点，并且布林带中轨向下勾头，表明上方阻力依旧非常强劲。4小时上，目前虽然还是处于双金叉上涨形态之中，但是MACD能量柱开始减弱，表明上涨动能不是很足，可能会出现回落。小时线上目前MACD也是有顶背离迹象，所以短期不看好原油有大幅上涨的动能，综合来看，今日操作思路上周鸿金个人建议高沽低渣即可；
