　　今天中美第十三轮经贸高级别磋商将在华盛顿举行。据新华社最新消息，中国国务院副总理刘鹤称即将举行的新一轮经贸高级别磋商受到各方面高度关注，停止贸易战是整个世界的共同期盼。中方愿意在平等和相互尊重的基础上，与美方通过本轮磋商就一些双方关注的问题取得共识，防止摩擦进一步升级和扩散。希望国际社会共同努力，维护世界稳定与繁荣。刘鹤分别会见国际组织负责人和美国工商界代表。刘鹤表示，中方此次抱着极大的诚意而来，愿意与美方就贸易平衡、市场准入、投资者保护等共同关心的问题进行认真交流，推动磋商取得积极进展。美国方面，总统特朗普周四发推称，他将于周五与中国国务院副总理刘鹤举行会晤，这使人们对本周高级别贸易谈判取得积极成果感到乐观。

　　原油经过连续7个交易日的盘整，并无太大新意，接下来将会继续走高的可能非常大，原油昨日探高10日线受EIA承压收盘。日图收在10日线下方，小阳线收盘带有上影线，处于低位整理当中。技术面中，原油4小时级别止跌企稳，暂时受到51.70位置日线盘整中枢下方支撑，短线维持51.7-54区域内震荡！大趋势方面并未改变还是震荡偏多格局，只需等待日图止跌启稳后看多。
　　
　　虽昨日EIA收得利空，进行先涨后跌之势，整体最近走的比较纠结，上下破位且不延续，关键结构上处于横向整理，不过值得注意的是本次下跌并没有刷新低点，而这里出现快速反弹，则二踩支撑的概率偏大，若今日能破位54那么原油的方向就出来了，在此之前还是横向整理，并不是空头的来临，淡定一点，等待低多即可！综合来看，今日短线操作思路上常波个人建议以回调做多为主，反弹高空为辅，上方短期重点关注54.8-55.0Frontline resistance, short-term focus below52.8-53.0一线支撑。对行情把握没有方向或亏损的朋友可以找到常波（微信：fcb3925）Solve it, even small funds have the conditions for profitability.
