第一：自律!

第二：制定交易原则，每天写交易日志!


交易原则不是交易系统!原则是不可违背的东西!比如当时的原则中有一条，亏损持仓不超过晚上12点。也就是如果晚上12点前是亏损的，我就直接平仓了。所以那段时间从未发生过亏损到第二天的情况。至于交易日志!主要写为何在这里建仓，以及平仓理由，尤其是亏损的!一定要找到这一单亏了的原因!并把所有亏损的原因加以总结列入交易原则里!



比如当时发现账户中超过50%的亏损是由2reach3笔交易造成的，于是就定了单笔最大亏损不超过多少，亏损不到第二天这两条


第三：信心来自于对行情以及交易方法的绝对信任!


这一点意思是，只要你的系统是可行的。那么即便出现连续三五次的亏损，也没关系!当时的脑子里的信念就是，我只是暂时把这笔钱放在别人口袋里!而根据交易系统，这笔钱会在未来拿回来!


每天不要把自己搞得晕晕乎乎的也很重要，意思是要保持旺盛的精力，就要学会劳逸结合，休息好是最重要的，原则中关于这个的一点就是12点关电脑上床睡觉!
