8.30原油基本面及技术面分析：
原油由于OPEC+坚定执行减产计划和美国API原油库存降幅远超预期，且伊朗突然终止与美国和解的希望，令原油供应趋紧担忧升温，推动国际油价大幅反弹。但全球经济放缓和中国美国冒易争端加剧的担忧限制了油价上行空间。由于市场对当前冒易形势走向存疑，油价近期大幅下挫。俄罗斯能源部长诺瓦克周二在接受采访时表示，俄罗斯将信守OPEC+减产协议的承诺。API原油库存大降逾千万桶，同时库欣及成品油库存也全线大降。
