　　国家飓风中心表示，预计多里安飓风将在周日加强，并成为高度危险的四级飓风；上个月，飓风“巴里”迫使海上石油公司关闭了多达74%的产能，推高了美国原油价格，之后在路易斯安那州减弱为热带风暴；美国政府周三公布的数据显示，上周美国原油库存骤降1000万桶，至去年10月以来最低，因进口放缓，汽油和馏分油库存分别减少逾200万桶；数据显示，上周美国主要的原油期货交割中心俄克拉荷马州库欣的库存下降近200万桶，至去年12月以来的最低水平；本周中期报告称，自政府库存报告发布以来，库欣库存已减少逾30Ten thousand barrels.
　　
　　技术面来看原油昨日最终爆发上涨，日线收带上引线阳柱，上周后半周的回落走势在本周并没有得到延续，日线布林带也在这涨跌过程中收口，不过昨天站稳日线布林带中轨上方，所以对于今天而言，原油更偏向于震荡反弹的走势，目前布林带开始缩口，原油回到布林中轨上方，日线收阳。4小时上看，布林带开口向下，价格并未突破布林带下轨，而是转头上行，并冲破布林带中轨，MACD指标也形成金叉，布林带开口，价格冲破布林带上轨向上延伸，所以后市操作上莫千机建议低位做多为主，高空为辅助。莫千机建议今日重点关注上方阻力57.3附近，重点关注支撑55.3-55.5附近。自信源于实力，人格成就魅力。添加笔者功.swelling/皓"Mo Qianji"。
