Monday(8month19day)，在外交部例行记者会上，就中美经贸磋商、华为，以及特朗普宣称要对台售战机等问题，中国外交部发言人耿爽都作出了回应：针对美方涉华为和经贸谈判言论，耿爽表示，事关美方声誉和公信；针对特朗普称要对台售战机，外交部：中方将根据形势采取必要措施。综合媒体报道，今天美国商务部允许华为购买部分美国产品的“临时许可证”将到期，对于是否能够继续购买美国零部件，延长华为“临时许可证”，特朗普此前表示，他将在当地时间本周一（19日）作出决定。因此，今夜，特朗普料将作出重大决定！
