　　日线级别：单边上涨；MACD金叉但顶背离，KDJ超买区域钝化担忧死叉迹象，K线显示上涨动能减弱，上方面临1540附近强阻力压制，该位置是2013年金价中长线跌势的跌破口，目前仍是强阻力所在，若不能快速顶破该阻力，金价将迎来中线回调走势，目前有点高位震荡筑顶的迹象。下方5The daily moving average support is currently at1514.87Nearby,10The daily moving average is supported by1501.12附近；若失守该位置，则增加短线见顶信号，进一步支撑在本周低点1479.79Nearby;20日均值支撑在1463.36Nearby,7month19The daily high is supported by1452.89Near.


Gold from1小时级别来看，高位震荡；KDJ死叉，金价受到布林线上轨阻力压制，MACD也有死叉趋势，短线偏向试探布林线下轨1511.75附近支撑，若失守该支撑，则可能会进一步跌向1498.11附近，该位置也是1479-1527反弹走势的61.8%回撤位。当然，布林线中轨1519.43附近也还存在一些支撑，若金价坚守该支撑，并上破布林线上轨1527.12附近阻力，则增加短线看涨信号。综合来看，今日操作思路上张本鑫个人建议以回调做多为主，反弹高空为辅，上方短期重点关注1530-1532Frontline resistance, short-term focus below1512-1514线支撑。

　　短线上看；原油当前维持54.0-55.3区域内横盘整理，1小时级别在54位置构建双底，在上涨过程中，这是阶段性企稳信号，所以54位置上肯定是看涨，现在重点关注55.3压力位置能否继续突破，突破则继续测试57高位，否则将继续维持区间内震荡，早盘反弹看55.3位置压力是否突破后再决定。不过鉴于市场消息面的打压，致使油价短线走跌，所以对于中线来说我们可以选择继续来低多入局。


　　综合来看，今日操作思路上张本鑫个人建议回调做多为主，反弹做空为辅，上方重点关注55.5-56.0Frontline resistance, short-term focus below53.8-54.0Frontline support.
