　　在周四的foreign exchange市场上，美元呈盘中回调后继续上涨的走势，美元指数最高上涨到97.92，最低下跌到97.49, closing at97.88。欧美最高上涨到1.1187，最低下跌到1.1102, closing at1.1144。
　　同时受欧洲央行声明影响，德国10Period and30年期国债收益率跌至新低，但在德拉基发表讲话时收益率大幅回升。美国国债市场也随之上涨，影响抵押贷款和其他贷款利率的10The yield of one-year US treasury bond bonds fell to2.01%，随后跃升至2.1%。芝加哥商品交易所集团(CMEGroup)的美联储观察工具显示，联邦基金futures目前仅反映出降息50The probability of one basis point is21%，低于德拉基讲话之前的28%。
