昨天，白盘黄金在走窄幅的横盘，没有多大的波动，到了晚间，受到美国零售数据的影响下，空头来袭，下破1410关口，黄金空头再度下探1400关口附近嘎然止步，同时获得支撑的关键起涨点，日线录得了一根阴线。

目前，守住1400关口震荡依然处于偏强的状态，若失守1400关口，则会偏空走势的。+++WeiZB66992得到实盘指导，以及可以学习裸K交易方法

昨日，原油很好延续了我所预测的观点，晚间在60附近如期下跌，但出乎意料的是强势的下跌，日线录得一根大阴线，而周线上创下新低。

消息面上；目前中东情绪的缓解，以及原油基本面没有任何利多事件的出现，油价很难继续维持多头。而美国页岩油的大量开采，以及需求面的不景气，会给油价持续带来较大压力。+++WeiZB66992得到实盘指导，以及可以学习裸K交易方法

技术层面上来看，从4小时级别上看，自从到达61关口后，一直呈现的是承压下行的态势，所录得的小阳线都会后市的大阴线所吞没，而昨日的大跌，更是吞没了上周的涨幅，总的来说，就是空头占据了优势。

今天预计出现先修正反弹，随后继续承压回落的局面，
