▋自述在炒futures被骗维权经历
I am here19year3month10日加上了一个自称平台助理。当时我正好股票亏损，很着急也没想那么多，想咨询一下股票的知识。就把我拉进了一个微信群。群里每天都是分析股票行情，我确实学到了很多股票知识，慢慢的群里说现在A股行情太差，要大家转做futures，又把她拉进了另一个群了。群里的带单老师就说胜率有多高怎么样的。忽悠我在期货平台注册帐号，4month2号我首次入金三万元，但带单老师说资金太少不好操作，后来我又入金10万。刚开始的时候按照带单老师说的话小赚一些，紧接着带单老师说手续费太高要我加金!一步一步诱导我。后我又入金17W元，带单老师说一对一指导，会让我赚大钱! stay4month15日带我做了一单让我有些盈利，取得了足够的信任。但4month16日却故意喊反单，让我全部亏完!直到这个时候我才意识到自己有可能受骗了!但不知道问题出那里了，进而找到了惠诚法援，希望他们可以帮助我追回futures亏损资金!还好结果是令我很满意的!半个月维权时间，我的资金追回了!

根据党中央、国务院同意，由中国人民银行、工业和信息化部、公安部等十部委发布的《关于促进互联网金融健康发展的指导意见》中指出：目前从事外汇、贵金属等杠杆交易的网络平台(Including cross-border)在我国无合法设立依据，金融监管部门从未批准。
经过严格审查  Huicheng法援可以明确告诉各位投资者，目前现有的我国网络上各类外汇交易平台，一未取得我国金融监管部门批准，二未在我国设立相关机构提供业务服务，三未依法向电信部门备案，均属于非法展业行为。

1Compliant foreign exchange platform

受监管的交易商，客户所交易的订单是直接进入银行和市场的，受监管的交易商，都是给银行与交易者提供渠道，只能通过技术分析才能在外汇市场盈利。目前全球主要大的外汇交易商受四大监管机构监管：1.UK Financial Services Regulatory Authority（FSA），2.Commodity Futures Trading Commission of the United States（CFTC），3.National Futures Association（NFA），4.Australian Securities and Investments Commission（ASIC）As long as the dealers are under normal supervision, regardless of which country or region, once they are complained about, the regulatory authorities will accept it. Moreover, every investor's transaction order is a bank order corresponding to the trader, and there will be no false transactions.
2Non compliant foreign exchange platforms
Small platforms that are not regulated by regulatory agencies or falsely named regulatory agencies. Investors only engage in hedging with traders, which is known as insider trading. The money lost by investors flows into the traders' funds pool, and their purpose is to put the money in your pocket into their own, without being responsible for the investors' funds.

Basic evidence required for human rights protection
Firstly, determine whether the reason for the platform's runaway is being targeted by the police or whether there are too many customer complaints.
Secondly, communicate with the platform as soon as possible to understand its attitude, whether it is solving the problem, deliberately avoiding it, or having already started transferring assets or even preparing to run away.
Thirdly, the way to determine the rights protection is to negotiate with the platform to determine the specific compensation time, or request a professional team to entrust the rights protection, or directly report to the police.
