Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries(abbreviationOPEC)主席周二在一封信中称，OPEC以及以俄罗斯为首的盟国如果不能确定召开紧急会议的日期，将面临规划crude oil出口的问题。该报道指出，在OPEC内部传阅的一份文件中，OPEC轮值主席、委内瑞拉石油部长克韦多称，OPEC迫切需要召开会议，来决定至少今年下半年的计划。克韦多称，目前每天120万桶的减产协议在7month1日到期后，下个月的原油出口配额已经确定。克韦多建议7month1-2日召开会议，而伊朗和俄罗斯提议7month10-12日召开会议，在俄罗斯要求下已经从6month25-26日推迟。（中新经纬）
