后来过了一段时间4月点的时候，老师说股市行情不好，要带我们去炒股指期货，就在群里发了一个叫做慈森喜鹊的网站让我们注册账户，说是受美国NFC监管的一个平台，让郭女士入金进去炒股指期货。郭女士之前买股票的时候就亏了20万，后来又听信老师的话炒了期货原油，投入38万，结果不到一周全部亏完了。于是郭女士开始质疑平台的合法性，要去其厨师相关经营许可证，并要求退款。平台称有营业执照，经营也是合规的，郭女士所做的交易都到国际盘上去了，做了国际对冲，与该平台没有关系。
