直播间是通过房间内分析师语音的形式向很多和他一样的投资者宣传他们的投资理念。郑先生进入直播间已经是晚上20：00的时候，听他们老师讲的课程感觉很专业，期间又在直播室里喊了几手单子，很多跟老师做单的客户都赚钱了，都说自己赚了多少多少钱的，希望老师在喊几笔单子，郑先生也看到老师给的单子很准确，看到有很大的利润，他也就动心了，后面郑先生就在那边开护入金，由开始的直播间老师喊単交易，到线下老师单独联系指导他分析操作。再到开始小赚，鼓励他追加资金。追加资金后开始重仓操作，小赚出局，方向错了就大亏止损，短短一个星期的时间郑先生从进场26万资金亏损只剩下不到5000元出局。过了两天后郑先生就被踢出了群，这才意识到被骗了。
