         2019year4月起，股票亏损，经朋友介绍进入了一个群，里面有老师并夸大现在炒foreign exchange指数投资十分安全，利润巨大，并且赵启明 老师负责一对一指导，稳赚不赔。2019year4月，刘先生在没有进行过任何模拟操作、也未有收到风险提示、未签书面协议的情况下，客服就为其开设了账户，并为其下载了MT4交易软件。刘先生通过银行卡首期入金1W美金到该账户，后因亏损，洪涛又不断诱导刘先生加大投资，帮助翻本。后刘先生又陆续入金1W美金，在其所谓高级理财师陈清泉指导下又陆续下单买了af50.f产品，但基本都是被爆仓亏损严重，仅两个月时间，刘先生共计损失了2Wdollar.

      刘先生后质疑该公司的合法性，要求其出示相关经营许可证，并要求退款。却称公司有营业执照，经营也是合规的，刘先生下的单子都交易到国际盘上面去了，做了国际对冲，与该公司没有关系。后来，刘先生觉得很不对劲就上网查询，咨询到我们，我们提醒刘先生先调取银行流水记录，查阅自己的银行流水，看看每笔交易的入金及出金情况。刘先生去银行调取银行流水后，发现银行的入金是一个第三方支付平台，出金账户是一个私人账户。

1、 "Number maintenance",建立普通微信号，有专业人员进行“养号”，“养号”就是让这个微信号看起来很正常,平时发发朋友圈、生活动态等,然后加入- -些股票投资的微信群, 参与讨论，与群内人员闲聊、培养朋友般的感情。
2、“吸粉”,感情培养到一定程度时,引导他们进入平台建立的炒股群,这个群里有平台公司提供的“老师”, 教大家怎么炒股。
3、“养粉”，一个群内，可能“自己人”就占了一半，每天在群内讨论,听了“老师” 的建议后赚了多少多少，鼓动“肥羊”们入套,待“肥羊”心动时,诈骗的时机就到了。
4、 ”诈骗”,根据老师的指导进入链接平台,这个平台看起来与正常的futures平台一模一样,连大盘的涨跌都是同步的，令“肥羊”们深信不疑，钱进了平台后就等于是进了诈骗团伙的腰包,根本没在资本市场上流动。
           需要注意的是，诈骗团伙为了掩饰犯罪事实,就想尽办法让投资者们相信,钱没了, 皆因自己操作不当亏损所致,平台是正常的。比如引导投资者们下重仓买高杠杆的产品,大盘跌几个点就亏完了,当然也有跟“老师”唱反调而赚钱的,那赚了的钱也不是你的,诈骗团伙早就想好了妙招“限制出金”,就是你每天最多取现多少钱...反正钱一下子也拿不出来,那就继续投资吧,总有亏完的一天。
