国际油价周四剧烈波动，早些时候由于油品质量问题迫使俄罗斯暂停向欧洲出口部分crude oil，加剧了美国取消对伊朗石油进口的制裁豁免所导致的供应短缺担忧情绪，美油收复此前跌势至年内高位附近，而布油强势突破75美元关口。不过，随后有消息称，美国、沙特和阿联酋将填补伊朗供应缺口，同时技术指标的严重超买状态迫使投机者获利了结，拖累油价大幅回落。截止收盘，美国WTIcrude oil6monthfuturesClosing down0.78USD, or1.19 %Report64.96dollar/Bucket, highest reach66.26dollar/Bucket, lowest drop to64.89dollar/bucket;Brent crude oil6Monthly futures closed lower0.20USD, or0.27%Report74.29dollar/Bucket, highest touch in tray75.55dollar/Bucket, lowest drop to73.96dollar/Bucket.
路透社援引知情人士称，波兰和德国以原油质量不佳为由，暂停了通过德鲁兹巴管道从俄罗斯进口原油。捷克共和国，以及斯洛伐克共和国的管道运营商TransPetrol也表示，已暂停通过该管线进口俄罗斯原油。这意味着近百万桶/日的原油流量被暂停，加剧了原油供应紧张局势。
近期美油涨势落后于布油，主要是因为市场对美国产量和库存水平的飙升仍持谨慎态度。此外，美元持续走强也继续对美元敏感的美油构成压力。
沙特能源部长哈立德?法利赫(Khalid Al-Falih)周四在参加中国“一带一路”经济发展倡议峰会期间称，5月初，我们将了解6月的市场需求，并将作出回应;沙特4月原油产量与前几个月基本持平，约为98010000 barrels/天，或“可能更低”。
Minister of Oil of IraqJabar al-Luaibi发表评论称，伊拉克希望保持油价稳定和石油市场供应充足;伊拉克未来有能力满足消费者对石油的需求，有能力将石油日产量提高至60010000 barrels;伊拉克承诺遵守欧佩克减产协议，不会在欧佩克和非欧佩克成员国协议之外单方面增产。
International Energy Agency(IEA)执行主任费斯?比罗尔在一份研究报告中指出，预计伊拉克将在10年内增加120万桶日产量，到2030Annual achievement600万桶日产量，成为第三大石油生产国。

周四，美国人口普查局发布的数据显示，美国3月耐用品订单环比增长2.7%，远超市场预期的增长0.8%，且前值由下降1.6%向上修正为下降1.1%，表明企业投资正在重新企稳。扣除运输类后的核心耐用品订单环比增长0.4%Better than expected0.2%, Previous value-0.1%Revised to-0.2%。扣除国防类后的新订单环比增长2.3%Better than expected0.1%。
美国劳工部最新数据显示，截至4month20日当周，经季节因素调整后初请失业金人数为23万人，较前一周修正后增加3.7万人，创十九个月以来最大增幅，预期为20万人。四周移动平均数为20.6万人，较前一周修正后数据增加4500People.
美国国家经济委员会(National Economic Council)主任库德洛(Larry Kudlow)yesNewsmax TV表示，“美联储可能正在考虑降息。在公开市场上，基金利率确实有点高，但我认为他们正转向降息。”
眼下投资者的眼球聚集于日内将要发布的美国2019Q1 of the yearGDP数据。预计GDP数据可能进一步证明，虽然当前已处于经济扩张周期的末端，但一些贡献最大的因素却并未丧失动能，与其他主要经济体相比，美国经济基础仍较为坚实。若果真如此，料为美元提供进一步上涨动力。
