[/table][/table][/table]Click here to add image captions and text <component-cursor style="width: 1px; height: 1px; display: inline-block; user-select: all;">Case sharing:2017year7月起，由上海 X资产管理有限公司(hereinafter referred to asXXcompany)工作人员介绍，向于先生推荐“外汇黄金futures”交易，并夸大现在炒外汇黄金期货投资十分安全，利润巨大，公司有专业老师负责一对一指导，稳赚不赔。2017year9月，于先生在没有进行过任何模拟操作、也未有收到风险提示、未签书面协议的情况下，XX公司就为其开设了环球通账户，并为其下载了交易软件。于先生通过支付宝首期入金人民币50000元到该账户，后因亏损，XX工作人员又不断诱导于先生加大投资，称公司可以由高级理财师进行喊单，帮助翻本。后于先生又陆续入金人民币280000元，在其所谓高级理财师指导下又陆续下单买了国际原油，铜及黄金等，但基本都是被爆仓亏损严重，仅两个月时间，于先生共计损失了人民币300000元。于先生后质疑该公司的合法性，要求其出示相关经营许可证，并要求退款。XX公司却称公司有营业执照，经营也是合规的，于先生下的单子都交易到国际盘上面去了，做了国际对冲，与该公司没有关系。
