　　芝加哥联储主席埃文斯就经济和货币政策发表演讲时称美国经济增速基本面良好，强调目前正是暂停加息好时机。费城联储主席哈克也表示美国2019年经济增速将在2%上方，并预计短期内将不会加息。而前美联储主席耶伦就表示，美债收益率倒挂可能意味着美联储需要在未来某个时间点降息。埃文斯同时还指出，在收益率曲线温和反转上有许多偏误，投资者要更注重数据分析。
