Monday(3month11day)亚市早盘，国际现货黄金位于1297.00dollar/盎司附近水平。上一交易日金价自低位展开反弹，一度突破1300The US dollar level reached its highest point1300.60dollar/盎司，并以较长阳线收涨。
Last Friday(3month8day)Published by the United States2月非农就业人口仅增加2万人，远不及预期。但除了就业人数之外，其他指标均表现不错：2月失业率自此前的4.0%lower3.8%;小时薪资同比增长3.4%Expected growth3.2%。在“女王节”之际，美国总统特朗普发表推特称，女性失业率大幅下降。数据出炉之后，美元指数小幅下滑，现货黄金则一举冲破1300dollar/盎司关口。有分析认为，眼下或正是逢低买入美元的时机。

FXStreetanalystYohay Elam撰文指出，非农公布之后，美元指数下跌，然而这一反应或许并不正确。在就业数据“惨不忍睹”的情况下，美元跌势却有限，5大理由表明疲软非农或恰是买入美元的时机：1)政府停摆;2)数据修正;3)薪资增长;4)失业率在参与率稳定的情况下下降;5)就业不足大幅下降。

做交易，其实说到底，其实就是我们的心理活动。所以，控制我们的思想行动尤为重要！那么如何才能慢慢的让我们理性一点呢？我给大家的建议是：
1、 Develop a reasonable trading plan, develop a detailed profit plan and risk control plan based on your own funds, and avoid blindly trading long and short without even a plan.
2、 Light warehouse operation (try to control the position within a quarter of the warehouse), what is called light and heavy? 总结这几年的学习操盘经验，我认为，要想长期获利，有几点至关重要：
