市场基本面信息：  
Thursday(10month30day)New Zealand Federal Reserve(RBNZ)在决议声明中维持3.5%的官方贴现利率(ORT)不变，一如市场预期。新西兰联储指出，预计将在未来一段时期于基准利率上按兵不动，因为新西兰经济增速放缓，通胀压力温和，且存在全球性不确定性，通胀率已经随着经济扩张而上升，这样的趋势料将延续下去；房价涨幅已经显著回落。而对于纽元汇率，新西兰联储认为，纽元汇率水平有失公允，且不可持续，相信纽元会进一步大幅回落；相信所有主要经济体都将在更长时期内保持支持性货币政策。

Market Review:  
回顾今日行情走势，亚盘银价呈现短线反弹势头，并一度刷新日内新高至17.21美元，由于多次试探未果，之后价格形成单边下行趋势，当前价格直逼前期新低附近，下跌动能充足，多单建议趁早离场。  
Technical aspect:  
目前从日图走势来看KLine Price AlongBOLL中轨向下运行，并且上方BOLL轨道向下延伸趋势，加之ABV指标仍旧处于下跌阶段中，整体综合来看后期行情将维持看空，日内短周期从4小时图来看BOLL轨道再度形成开口向下趋势，并且KDJ指标继续形成走弱势头，但由于CCI趋势指标跌至严重超卖区域，预计晚间价格将有反弹需求，建议逢高买空为上策。
