【品汇国际】 利率决议在即，看市场能否伺机反弹

Pinhui International Fundamentals Analysis:
纽约盘中，在昨天的foreign exchange市场上，美元延续下跌的走势。美元指数最高上涨到85.68,最低下跌到85.24, closing at85.41. Euro/美元最高上涨到1.2764,最低下跌到1.2684, closing at1.2735。
美联储将于周三(10month29day)发布最新一期政策决议，而除了其在结束量化宽松措施(QE)上的决定以及对未来利率政策前景的预期之外，美联储内部的意见分歧状况也会是各界分析人士关注的一大焦点。若表决结果显示美联储决策层内部分歧加大，则其未来政策前景也会存有更多变数。
美联储的另一位强硬鹰派，里奇蒙德联储主席莱克将在2015年获得投票权，这可能会成为美联储政策前景的新变数。不过，总体上来看，在今年剩余时间和明年年内，具有政策投票权的美联储成员名单中仍将以中间派和鸽派为主流，因此，对于美联储何时会开始加息的预测，目前看来也不能太过乐观。

Pinhui International Technical Analysis:
从技术上来看,美元在昨天延续下跌的走势，短线还没有止跌的迹象。今天汇价有可能继续考验85.20—85.20的支持，若被跌破的话，将会向85.00—85.05的目标下跌。只要不跌破85.00的支持，意味着美元后市经过整理之后还有反弹的空间。美元指数反弹的关键区间阻力在86.00—86.20，只有突破86.20，美元才有望恢复强势上涨的走势。今天美元指数短线上涨的阻力在85.60—85.65Short term important resistance85.85—85.90。美元指数今天回调的支持在85.20—85.25Important support in85.00—85.05. Euro/美元昨天最高上涨到1.2760一线后受阻回落整理，只要不能够突破1.2800，就意味着欧元/美元的弱势形态还没有得到根本的转变。今天短线阻力在1.2765--1.2770，重要阻力在1.2795—1.2800。今天的支持在1.2690—1.2695Important support in1.2660—1.2665。
美元今天短线以做空操作为主，破位止损，有盈利30个点以上就设好止赢，在美国开市前撤出所有没有成交的挂单。本策略适合保证金，实盘可作参。
