【品汇国际】 美数据又现疲软 ，FED成关注焦点。

纽约盘中，在昨天的foreign exchange市场上，美元延续小幅回落整理的走势。美元指数最高上涨到85.73,最低下跌到85.41, closing at85.50. Euro/美元最高上涨到1.2723,最低下跌到1.2665, closing at1.2707。
欧洲央行周一(10month27day)公布的消息称，欧洲央行上周首次购买担保债券(Covered-Bond)的规模为17.04万亿。有消息人士表示，欧洲央行购买担保债券或者ABS(资产支持证券)的规模可能不足以达到扩大欧洲央行资产负债表的要求，这或许会促使欧洲央行实施QE。但是具体实施时间恐怕要推到年后，因为欧洲央行需要更多时间观察货币政策的影响。
本交易日市场将迎来美联储决议的“前菜”——耐用品订单。该数据由美国商务部公布，是指制造商接收到的生产耐用品订单总数量。耐用品是指计划持续使用三年或三年以上的商品，比如机动车和飞机等重工业产品。因为生产耐用品经常需要投入大量人力，物力和财力，所以对美国经济的发展有很大的影响力。最终的数据显示了美国制造业的活跃程度。
Pinhui International Technical Analysis:
从技术上来看,美元在昨天继续小幅回落，在10日均线处受到支持后有所反弹。5、10、20日均线呈多头排列，5Daily moving average golden cross10Japan and Japan20日均线，对汇价形成支持，意味着美元后市经过整理之后还有反弹的空间。美元指数反弹的关键区间阻力在86.00—86.20，只有突破86.20，美元才有望恢复强势上涨的走势。若反弹受阻在这个区间的话，美元还将会有一定幅度的回落整理，但短线跌破85.00的可能不大。今天美元指数短线上涨的阻力在85.65—85.70Short term important resistance85.85—85.90。美元指数今天回调的支持在85.35—85.40Important support in85.20—85.25. Euro/美元昨天突破1.2700的阻力最高上涨到1.2720一线后受阻回落整理，意味着欧元/美元的弱势形态还没有得到根本的转变。今天短线阻力在1.2730--1.2735，重要阻力在1.2750—1.2755。今天的支持在1.2640—1.2645Important support in1.2600—1.2610的话，在没有跌破1.2600之前，汇价还有望向1.2780左右的目标反弹。
美元今天短线以做空操作为主，破位止损，有盈利30个点以上就设好止赢，在美国开市前撤出所有没有成交的挂单。本策略适合保证金，实盘可作参。
