【动态】邓金晋：QE迟暮终将远去，FED带领本周风险突破
　　受周末欧元区银行业压力测试的结果影响，欧元兑美元在周一开盘后略有走高，不过幅度不大。展望本周行情，市场将再度迎来不少风险事件的考验，而其中，美联储10月决议无疑将最为引人注目。现货gold现交投于1230.80dollar/盎司。现货白银（天通银，新华银）现交投于3394element/千克。整体市场波动清淡。
　　美国联邦公开市场委员会(FOMC)将在周二至周三(10month28-29day)举行10月货币政策会议，届时，金融市场和商品市场的参与者们将从中挖掘美联储(FED)会在朝着利率政策正常化迈进上采取怎样的下一步行动。
　　路透社的报道说，FOMCWill be on10month28to29日开会，计划届时结束购债操作。市场预期美联储决策者本周将结束第三轮量化宽松计划，因为美国经济稳步增长，即使增长低于目标。FOMC会议声明的措辞将格外受到关注，投资者欲从中判断近期全球事件对美联储的想法造成了多大程度的影响。
　　大多数经济学家们预计，美联储会在10月份货币政策会议上彻底结束第三轮量化宽松(QE3)政策中剩余的最后的每个月150亿美元购买规模。而本人邓金晋认为，相比之下，其实更加重要的是美联储可能会就未来的货币政策路径给出怎样的信息，也就是所谓的利率前瞻指引。目前，美联储仍然表示，会在“相当长一段时期里”维持现有0-0.25%的联邦基金利率不变。
