一、锁损
　　
1、为什么锁损？如果你能严格止损，我想并没有必要走这一步。一般在出现下面情况时才会锁单：一种情况是下单后行情变得不明朗，判断不了方向时可以选择锁单；另一种情况是你未设止损，而你的账户亏损已经很大时不忍平仓，为了防止更大损失或爆仓也可以选择锁损操作。在锁单后，常常有一个很重要的操作会被遗忘，那就是最好给与分析方向相反的单加上止损，可以稍设高2-3A point is swept back and forth to prevent excessive fluctuations before the real market goes out.
　　
　 2、如何解单呢？解单，就是你在锁单后要选择适当的时机把这个锁给解掉。即把两个单分别平掉，如果永远不平仓，虽然账户上显示的是亏损不变，但除了要承担隔夜单的利息外，你后面的操作和心态也会受到影响。

　　锁盈严格来说其实和锁损区别不大，唯一的不同是锁单时账户持单情况一个为亏损一个为盈利。个人建议是锁盈不如及时获利了结或跟进移动止损，因为多下一单不如行情明朗后再下单。因为锁盈锁住的是盈利，那么解起来相对要容易些，对心理造成的负担也要小很多。
　　虽然这样说，但解单的原则其实与解损单差不多。因为两者想得到的结果相似，一个是减少损失，一个是争取收益最大化。投资中有一种理念就是：减少损失就等于获得利益！
