　　OPECAnd nonOPEC产油国计划从1month1日开始实施新一轮减产，计划合力减产12010000 barrels/日，同时部分国家代表建议进一步扩大减产。Oanda亚太地区交易主管StephenInnes表示，部分买盘已经回归，但经济增长风险以及令市场承压，除非OPEC能够明确扩大减产。不过上周沙特方面已经表示，计划在新达成的减产协议基础上进一步扩大减产。聚天汇认为，OPEC1月份确定要减产已经对当前的原油过剩起到了一定的抑制作用，本周重点仍需关注美股走势以及欧佩克减产开始后对于油价的影响。

　　油价上周五走高，但由于全球原油基准价格徘徊在一年多以来的最低水平附近，因此在新年假期前获利回吐减少。EIA数据显示，美国原油库存减少4.6万桶，库存连续四周下滑。受到汽油库存增幅大于预期以及原油库存仅小幅减少的影响，WTI原油价格未能从EIA数据处获得提振。此外，美国国内原油产量也回升至历史新高，石油钻井数据增加两台至885台，进一步火上浇油


　　4小时上来看，油价短线有望继续反弹，KDas well asRSI指标震荡反弹，且下行跌势已经暂停，并有收口的迹象，这或暗示油价短线的下跌势头结束，不过，油价能否引来有效的反弹还需首先升破60周期均线在47.60美元附近的阻力。目前原油市场的悲观情绪依旧没有得到实质性的改善，油价能否年后迎来一波反弹还需关注美股走势以及欧佩克减产开始后对于油价的影响。短期看来42.3附近已经成为暂时底部，但是此轮反弹能否有效持续还有待观察，目前上方短期阻力在上周高点47附近，不破此位置老金个人建议操作上还是以47.0-44.4区间来高沽低渣操作。
