　　油价周一下跌逾2%，美国原油触及2017year9月以来最低，因有迹象显示美国供应过剩，且投资者信心仍受到全球经济增长和燃料需求担忧的压力；美国原油futures下跌，此前美国原油库存中心俄克拉荷马州库欣的库存从12month11Solstice14The number of days has increased100多万桶；库欣的库存高于预期，显然指向供应过剩，需求减弱；由于供应过剩导致全球库存膨胀，美国原油和布伦特原油自10From the beginning of the month to11月底均下跌逾30%；但过去三周，油价已企稳，交投在相当窄的区间内，因为石油生产国已承诺减产；但一些投资者怀疑，OPEC和俄罗斯等其它产油国计划的减产，是否足以推动市场再平衡。周一在迪拜对记者表示，全球石油市场正在调整，他预计各方将根据本月早些时候在维也纳达成的协议削减石油供应；但美国页岩油产量正在稳步增长，从OPEC的中东大型产油国手中夺走了市场份额，加大了它们平衡预算的难度。
