【12/17】汇评：欧洲多重利空叠加欧元跌跌不休，美元重获利好再创新高！

      刚过去的一周，英国脱欧一波三折，欧央行德拉基释放鸽派言论，以及欧元区经济数据不佳，都导致欧系货币惨遭重挫，美元因而重获上涨动能。同时美国11Monthly retail sales rate recorded0.2%，符合市场预期，美元再迎来重大利好，一度冲至18Month high97.71。
      英镑方面：本周英镑随着脱欧剧情的变化而坐上“过山车”。周初，英国首相梅姨因担忧议会投票中遭遇惨败而推迟了对脱欧协议投票的议会，英镑/美元闻讯跌至2017year4月以来低位。同时，保守党宣布启动对梅姨的不信任投票，梅姨面临下台危机，令英国陷入无协议脱欧局面的风险大大加剧，英镑/美元继续震荡下行。最终梅姨以200:117票数获胜，保住了首相之位，英镑反弹大涨，收复此前大部分跌幅。但在下半周的欧盟峰会上，梅姨试图让欧盟高抬贵手，欧盟仍坚持不同意重新谈判，刚“平定内乱”的梅姨最终只能空手而归，英镑继续下行。
      Regarding the Euro:本周德拉基一如既往的扮演‘欧元’杀手发表鸽派言论，以及欧元区经济数据不佳，欧元走势较为疲软。欧央行利率决议如市场预期维持三大利率不变，随后德拉基表示并未讨论加息时间点，也并未深入讨论长期再融资操作，同时下调今明两年欧元区经济增速预期和通胀预期，其鸽派的论调加剧欧元跌势。周五的法国、德国和欧元区的PMI数据也均不及预期，尤其法国已跌破枯荣线，欧元/美元短线下挫70逾点，跌破1.130Gateway.

Regarding the Euro:


      亚市早盘开盘，欧元/USD in1.1308附近小幅波动。技术上，今日可逢低做多，下方支撑位1.1269，若跌破支撑位1.1269，可待回调至区间内逢高放空。今日欧元区需重点关注欧元区CPI，因上周德国和法国的CPI数据录得较差，若此次欧元区CPI公布值再差于预期值，则利空欧元。美国需关注美国12monthNAHB房产市场指数，市场预期和前值一致为60，若公布值较差，则利空美元提振欧元。11monthNAHBReal estate market index recorded60，差于预期值67时，美元曾短线下跌，欧元/美元波动33个点。因此需注意控制好仓位，规避风险！

      亚市早盘开盘，现货黄金跳空低开，目前在1237.41附近震荡。市场普遍预期本周美联储会加息，同时上周的美国零售销售数据好于预期，都给美元提供支撑，压制黄金；金价跌破了1240-1250的震荡区间，短线看空信号也有所加强。技术上，今日可逢高放空谨慎操作，目前上方压力位1240.36, lower support position1232.92。今日需关注市场对本周美联储利率决议和美国PCE物价指数等数据和风险事件的预期变化，以及国际贸易局势相关消息。
