马克龙当天在讲话中承诺：从2019year5月起，将每月最低工资提高100euro(approximately amount to784元人民币)、取消对加班费的征税以及对每月收入低于2000euro(approximately amount to16000元人民币)的人实行特别免税。此外，马克龙宣布国家进入“经济与社会紧急状态”，其命令政府与议会立即采取措施，以改革税收规则与其他影响工人阶层收入的政策。
