【11/22】汇评：一则报道突然袭来美元多头颤抖，欧盟驳回意大利预算案脱欧协议悬而

      日内美国经济数据略为疲软，并且有媒体爆料称美联储将在明年春季放缓紧缩周期，美元遭打压，一直在97关口之下震荡盘整。gold一度触及1230关口，但随后由涨转跌，温和收涨。
      英镑方面：欧盟发言人称目前脱欧取得非常好的进程，但未能敲定最终协议，英国首相梅姨则表示周六再赴欧盟进行会谈。目前德国总理默尔克表示脱欧协议必须在周日峰会上签署，爱尔兰总理瓦拉德卡也预计领导人将会在峰会上签署协议。但西班牙首相桑切斯再次重申称，若关于直布罗陀没有解决方案，西班牙将在周日投票反对该协议。
      Regarding the Euro:亚欧盘时段，欧元/美元进行剧烈震荡盘整。有外媒报道，欧盟拒绝了意大利预算案，欧盟批准对意大利进行过度赤字程序。随后美国10Monthly rate of durable goods orders recorded-4.4%，大幅差于预期值-2.5%, creating2017year7月以来最大的降幅。当前美元短线下跌，欧元/The US dollar is rising in the short term. During the US trading session, the United States11月密歇根大学消费者信心指数终值录得97.5，略差于预期值98.3，同时间段的美国10Annualized total sales of completed houses522，稍好于预期值520，结束了此前六个月的连跌。当前美元短线上涨，欧元/美元短线回落。

      亚市早盘开盘，欧元/美元小幅波动，目前在1.1387附近波动。技术上，今日可逢高放空，上方压力位1.1424, lower support position1.1391。若突破上方压力位1.1424时，可待回调至区间内逢低做多。美国因感恩节休市一天，美盘时段行情波动变小。欧元区需关注欧盘时段的欧央行货币政策会议纪要，目前欧银计划将在12End of MonthQE，但这预计将拉高意大利与德国国债的收益率息差，反过来为欧元构成压力。

In terms of gold:


      亚市早盘开盘，现货黄金小幅上涨，目前在1227.1附近震荡。目前有分析称美联储可能在12月鸽派加息，并且美国耐用品订单月率创去年7月以来最大降幅，美元承压，给黄金提供了支撑；但也有分析师认为市场对于美联储官员的讲话过度解读，美元短线依然偏多，这对金价形成压制。今日美国感恩节休市一天，数据交投或为清淡，技术上，今日可进行观望，目前上方压力位1230, lower support position1219。今日需关注英国脱欧相关消息以及欧央行货币政策纪要。
