据路透报道，标普上周五表示维持意大利主权债信评级不变，但将评级展望从稳定调降至负面，称该国新政府的政策计划对该国的经济增长和债务前景构成压力。标普对意大利的评级让它暂时松了口气，不过，投资者别只盯着意大利不放，欧洲其他国家也出现问题了。法国也面临着同样的预算问题，其2019年的缩减债务计划不符合此前与欧盟达成的协议。另外，还有一个更大的风险，欧元区老大德国正面临着二战后最剧烈的政治格局变化，德国总理默克尔可能遭到党内逼宫。


也就是说欧盟否决了意大利的预算法案后，意大利有三周时间重新制定，但意大利之前态度非常坚决，称不会改变预算案。本周该事件估计仍会继续拖累欧元，另外也要小心法国和德国的风险。
