18日，路透社援引伊朗海运消息和Refinitiv Eikon的船舶追踪数据报道称，伊朗正将数量创纪录的2000多万桶石油运往中国东北部的大连港，预计将于本月或下月初抵达。“正如我们领导人所说的，要阻止伊朗出售石油是不可能的。我们有多种销售方式，当油轮抵达大连时，我们将决定是卖给其它买家还是卖给中国”，这位消息人士说到。
