　　下午，国际能源署（IEA）公布了月度crude oil市场报告。报告称，欧佩克9月份原油产出增加1010000 barrels/Solstice327810000 barrels/日，主要受沙特、利比亚、尼日利亚和阿联酋增产推动。另外，8月经合组织原油库存增加157010000 barrels to28.54亿桶。伊朗原油供应量降低至两年半低位，产量减少1810000 barrels/Solstice34510000 barrels/日。该报告显示，全球原油产业面临的压力料将持续，油价可能进一步走高。虽然IEA月报并没有带来利好，但由于恐慌情绪消退，国际油价稍稍有所回升。
