上周五的短线砸盘行为并没有延续性，昨日金价是温和反弹，重回1200关口，最高上探至1204，可惜好景不长，贸易战的升级提振美元，限制了黄金上涨的幅度，被迫下跌至1199.14。日线录得了一根阳线！

黄金多次上行屡次受阻，一直处于1200关口徘徊，表明多方力量不够强劲，空头依旧占据优势；早间，黄金受压1200下方震荡运行中，再综合这几天的日k线来看，日内我并不建议大家轻易的追多！+++Wei/ZB66992实盘指导，裸K教学

待金价触及到1202-1203区域，可以布局空单进场，止损放在1205，空单目标1197

昨日受到消息面上的推动提振，原油小幅上涨，早间开盘是直接跳空高开，很快踏过71.50，此后又突破72, highest touch72.50以上。目前是一个稳固的震荡上涨通道，且完好的延续，维持思路不变，顺势而为。

操作上，坚定逢低做多为主，震荡单边的格局，原油操作的机会还会更加稳一些
