Thursday（8month30日）晚间，全球市场短线波动剧烈：日内最新出炉的美国7Monthly CorePCEThe index rose to6年高位，与此同时公布的加拿大6monthGDP不及预期，美元反弹，再度逼近95，欧元、加元跌势加剧，现货黄金跌破1200dollar/盎司大关；阿根廷正努力应对金融危机，该国央行宣布加息1500Bps to60%，但阿根廷比索却大跌16%，人民币和土耳其里拉等新兴市场货币也承压下滑。

黄金周四亚欧盘小区间震荡，晚间1207遇阻转跌，盘中最低下探至1196，金价一度跌破1200大关，短线出现跳水行情。美元周四则止跌反弹，美元指数接近95关口，重拾升势。同时本周虽然延续了多头反弹，但是力度较小，上方遇阻1214震荡下跌，目前测试日线10日均线位置。

日线上，随着昨日黄金再度的小幅走跌，那么最终黄金还是没能继续向上破位，而是选择了进入盘整，目前MA5Moving average downward hook,MA10均线粘合在布林带中轨的位置，K线也粘合在这里，布林带上下轨开始缩口，今天是周五黄金上下突破的可能性都有，所以操作上要重点的关注上下阻力和支撑的破位情况。


4小时上，经过昨日的一番走动，K线已经跌至布林带中下轨弱势区域，并且布林带三轨呈现向下的趋势，众均线也都聚集在布林带中下轨区域当中，表示黄金在这一带将走的十分吃力，目前布林带中轨和下轨分别在1205-1195形成阻力和支撑点，日内重点关注这2个点的破位情况。

黄金在之前承压1210/1213区域后回落至1199止跌且于1201后发力冲击1207，而昨日也是在跌破1202后直接快速下破触及1196，随后附图至1201.4位置承压回落，可以说再一次将小区间震荡行情当中的顶底转换之后的进入到下一震荡行情的波动区域进行展示。就今日黄金走势预期来看，黄金在9月份美联储加息之前波动区间不会太大，起码太大的涨势是很难出现，但是同时下方力度暂时也不会太深，整体将维持区间波动，但是这个区间就需要去依靠支撑位的顶底转换来把握；而今日周五，在本周连续区间整理之后，今日出现大的走势概率依然不大，同时下周将展开非农周，依然会是震荡走势，所以今日走势上暂时以区间跌破之后的下一区间对待，以1200上方位置分批入场做空测试1193一线来进行交易。

被套多单解套


1、锁损抓盈（稳健）：时间周期长，容易受手中套/单干扰下一步操作。


2、一扛到底（资金大）：资金大才有资格说扛。


3、直接止损（难以接受但立竿见影）：重新开始布局，没有主观干扰。


4、锁仓（锁到解不出）：何时是头，最后的结局还是血本无归。


以上处理方式我相信都有经历过，唯有一种方法我知道你们肯定不愿意，就是直接止损。


我给大家的建议只有两种，1and3。选择1思考了到稳健，投资者也可以接受。考虑3，是我想更快的挽回损失。
