Monday（8month27日），据俄罗斯卫星网报道，美国对俄罗斯的新制裁生效。此次美国因指控俄罗斯使用化学武器而宣布制裁俄罗斯，受到制裁的影响，卢布兑美元本月已下跌近7%。俄媒认为俄罗斯有五张“王牌”来应对美国制裁，分别是：禁止或限制向美国的钛出口、限制或禁止美国飞机过境、禁止美国从俄罗斯进口液化天然气及其他能源产品、限制美国在俄罗斯的企业以及停止对美供应RD-180火箭引擎。但是目前俄罗斯方面已经否认了第一及第五种方式。
