中国将从8month23日起对160亿美国商品加征25％关税

      中国商务部周三(8month8day)表示，美方决定自8month23日起对160亿美元中国输美产品加征25％的关税，又一次将国内法凌驾于国际法之上，是十分无理的做法。中方为维护自身正当权益和多边贸易体制，不得不做出必要反制，决定对160亿美元自美进口产品加征25％的关税，并与美方同步实施。
      此前，美国贸易代表办公室周二(8month7day)敲定了对约160亿美元中国商品的征税清单，主要对象是化学品和电子元器件。新关税将于8month23日正式生效。这是被美国加征25％关税的约500亿美元中国产品的第二部分，第一部分约340亿美元的中国产品已从7month6日开始被加征关税。
      接下来，美国很有可能会在9月初启动对中国价值2000亿美元输美商品加征25％关税的措施。而中国方面也表示，一旦美国起征这部分商品的关税，中国也将对分四档，对美国价值600亿美元商品加征最高25％的关税。




黄金是否已经筑底反弹？后市黄金怎么操作?
       对于行情的话，相信很多朋友现在都开始看多了，可哲宇认为 只要美元保持强势，相信短期内黄金很难有作为。
　　第一点，黄金目前对全球贸易摩擦所导致的避险情绪依旧无动于衷，除了中美之间的贸易摩擦之外，美国和俄罗斯的贸易摩擦，以及美国和伊朗之间的地缘政治因素均无力推动金价。哲宇我之前也说了。在与之经济方面对抗的情况下，美元吸引了重多投资者的进场而推高。黄金则是需要在国际政治冲突以及战争因素才能得利。这就表示当前贸易对抗升温从而继续助涨美元。也因美元的上涨抑制了黄金反弹之路。第二点，美联储当前继续延续逐步加息路线，9月加息也已经是板上钉钉，而且美联储加息点阵图表示12月加息概率上升为69％。当前美联储也并未明确表示12月不进行加息。之前哲宇就说过，如果年度加息4次的话，美元则会进一步上涨。而且当前美联储也表示美经济稳定已经变为强势。这也是相对利好美元打压黄金的。综上所述，虽然非农利多为黄金上涨之路提供了动力。但是同样的，近期因美元上涨对黄金的打压也是很大，多空仍然处于胶着的状态。黄金想要稳固多头，还需要更多的消息面之类的助力。当前哲宇建议依旧把行情锁定大区间宽幅震荡操作即可，下方重点关注1204前期低位。


那么黄金什么时候会涨？哲宇独家解析
       哲宇预计黄金价格将在8月份保持“低迷”状态，但下月将会复苏。因为“8月是需求季节性缓慢的时期，哲宇认为在9monthFOMC会议美联储实施今年第三次加息后，随着季节性需求来临，黄金价格可能会开始实现复苏。”相对强弱指标显示黄金价格在超卖区域徘徊，应该会在1194美元左右找到技术支撑位。不过，鉴于极端的空头头寸以及约210Tons of goldETF持仓的减少，短期内金价可能会保持疲软。”短期内，贸易战争对黄金不利，但这种情况持续的时间越长，美国经济面临的风险就越大。疲软的美国经济将给美元带来压力，并给黄金带来它需要的机会。尽管市场仍未触底，但黄金已经表现出了一些积极迹象。对于黄金后市看多，我们需要观察的首个水平为1235美元，因为这是关键的初始阻力。

      黄金跌势暂缓，金价在多次冲击1200美元关口未果之后开始逐步显现出反弹的迹象。MACD零轴之下金叉，上行动能正在温和回升，尽管RSIas well asKD指标依旧承压于中轴下方，但是目前已经止跌，这为金价反弹提供了一定的支持。
      4小时图显示，黄金短线有小幅反弹的趋势，RSI正在温和走强，且MACD上行动能也小幅拉升。不过，金价反弹仍见面临较大的阻力，KD指标目前自高位回落，且云图下行云目前还没有明显的止跌迹象，这可能成为限制金价反弹的因素。此外金价反弹还将受到7month26日来下降通道在1214.50Resistance near the US dollar.
      小时图显示，金价K线形成短线三角振荡形态，目前短线走势暂时不明朗，多头无延续，上行空间有限，上方短线阻力在1213-1215区域。当前空头也不破低，下行暂时受到前期低点1204-1205支撑，也就是我们之前提到的一个观点就是1205-1204支撑的关键性，上周五非农在这个地方V型反转就是很好的表现。此位置也是2017year7月份的低点，只有跌破1204-1205后，下方空间方可打开。上方需要关注1215/1220First line, follow below1205/1200frontline, 行情瞬息万变，更多行情分析与及时操作可关注笔者功.swelling/皓"雷哲宇"。
