gold昨日继续上冲回落，高点降低，小时图可以看到黄金近期一直受压于MA10下方，四小时上方1224一线强压，结构上看虽然上周非农消息面导致反弹，但是依然未能上破20均线，所以目前看来任处于下行通道，日内操作建议反弹做空为主。

crude oil昨日冲高回落，以带长上影线的小阳线报收，原油本周连续两日未破70关口，昨日虽然是冲高回落由于出现在震荡区域，所以其见顶信息不强烈，只是说明70美元一线有压力，目前原油下方重要支撑处于68.50一线，从走势上来看结合利好消息面若原油短期无法上破70关口，必然会继续回落调整，日内操作建议回落做多为主，高空为辅。重点关注晚间22:30EIAdata
