   亏损并不是亏损，但在一轮趋势明显的大行情中只赚到蝇头小利，是使整体帐户亏损的一个重要原因。在趋势发展过程中，只要趋势开始确立向一个方向移动，那么趋势最可能的方向仍然是向这个方向移动，这是阻力最小的方向。在这里，心理问题和纪律是关键。　　想坐稳赚钱的趋势仓位，应该有几个纪律和良好心态：

　　一，不要试图针对趋势中的小幅波动低买高卖抢帽子。这种手法经常会造成赚多笔小钱，赔上一笔大钱。

　　二，不要试图去抓头部和底部，要在趋势已经明显反转之后平仓，放弃趋势波段后10%-20%的利润，并建立新的趋势方向头寸。
