　　新闻社周二的报道，28位欧盟领导人将在布鲁塞尔会议上说，美国不能以国家安全为理由”，对进口钢铁征收25%的税，对进口铝征收10%的税。
　　
　　这一立场突显出，欧盟希望阻止特朗普的贸易保护主义倾向，以免破坏美国在二战后帮助建立的全球贸易秩序。欧盟是继中国之后公开声讨特朗普的金属关税，同时也将反击特朗普发誓要用进口关税打击其他中国商品。中国是欧盟仅次于美国的第二大贸易伙伴。
　　
Tuesday(6month19day)美国政府表示将对中国2000亿美元的商品加征10%的关税，而中方也随即强势回应。市场避险情绪激增，美元也承压下跌，现货黄金温和反弹1283美元水平附近。不过，黄金近期跌势猛烈，也让反弹气势很快遭遇阻力。特朗普指示美国贸易代表确定准备加征10%关税的2000亿美元中国商品。特朗普称，若中国拒绝改变做法，关税举措将很快生效；上述关税是对中国上周五针对美国关税计划宣布的对500亿美元美国商品征税的回应。特朗普威胁称若中国再次加征关税，美国亦将进一步加征关税。
　　
　　随即，中国商务部强势回应：美方在推出500亿美元征税清单之后，又变本加厉，威胁将制定2000亿美元征税清单。这种极限施压和讹诈的做法，背离双方多次磋商共识，也令国际社会十分失望。如果美方失去理性、出台清单，中方将不得不采取数量型和质量型相结合的综合措施，做出强力反制。中美贸易战进一步升级使得市场避险情绪升温。

　　本次贸易战突然爆发，黄金未等避险情绪升温便急速转跌，可能很多人认为，此次日线冲高回落后，行情会展开进一步回调，但夏.守鑫想说的是，当前局势不具备大涨条件。先从技术形态来说，当前续刷年内新低1270，此处没有支撑的能力，一但破位，下方1180-1204上升趋势支撑位在1255附近，而且大半年行情都是震荡，夏.守鑫多空并没有延续性。然后从基本面来看，当前贸易战一触即发，随时可能诱发避险情绪升温，美元最高上扬至近一年高位95.28！这将对黄金来说不是一个好消息；夏.守鑫提醒看多不追多；顺势而为；

　　夏.守鑫认为日内行情持续弱势运行，美盘前一波资金砸盘破位新低进一步确认行情弱势，那么按照顺势原则美盘反弹继续做空，上方阻力关注1278-76区域布局空单。暂时下方没有明确支撑位，如果一定要说可以关注1255一线支撑。这样的行情宁愿顺势做空被损也不要强行抄底做多。
　　
　　短线上来看，黄金价格上周五晚间因外力因素走出反转，跌破关键支撑点位，夏.守.鑫那么本周我们就像需要重新去规划思路了；上周五收盘录得周度低位，意味着本周初将面临更多下行压力。4小时线上各周期均线呈现空头排列，5Daily moving average above1288-1290一线位置形成阻力，在没有实体阳柱突破该位置前，反弹终究还是会下来，小时线上更不用说，接连几根阴线下探，反弹显得略显无力。综合来看，今日操作思路上夏守鑫建议反弹高空为主。
