1.短单变成长单，长单变成锁单，锁单变成暴仓单。
2.从不认赔，逢低加仓，最后暴仓。

解策略主要有以下四种
1、以快刀斩乱麻的方式迅速止损了结。也就是未免价格继续下跌造成更大亏损，将手中持有单全盘卖出，这种策略一般适用于以投机为目的的短期投资者，因为在处于跌势的空头市场中，如果短期投资者持有时间越长，就会给投资者带来更大的损失。

4、采取以不变应万变的“不卖不赔”策略。在单子被套牢后，只要还没有脱手，就不能认定投资者已经亏本。如果手中所持单子有发展前景，并且整体投资环境还没有恶化，市场走势还没有脱离不明市场，那么就大可不必为一时套牢而惊慌，只需保持持有以不变应万变，静候价格回升解套之时。
