　　1.Discover trends


　　关于技术分析，首先听说的可能会是下面这句箴言：“趋势是你的朋友”。找到主导趋势将帮助你统观市场全局导向，并且能赋予你更加敏锐的洞察力－－特别是当更短期的市场波动搅乱市场全局时。每周和每月的图表分析最适合用于识别较长期的趋势。一旦发现整体趋势，你就能在希望交易的时间跨度中选择走势。这样，你能够在涨势中买跌，并且在跌势中卖涨。


　　2.Support and Resistance


　　水准是图表中经受持续向上或向下压力的点。支撑水准通常是所有图表模式（每小时、每周或者每年）中的最低点，而阻力水准是图表中的最高点（峰点）。当这些点显示出再现的趋势时，它们即被识别为支撑和阻力。买入/The best time to sell is on unbreakable support/Near the resistance level.
