炒外汇被骗入黑平台亏损严重资金能要回来吗

Case 1:

沃尔克在深圳注册的就是一个空壳公司，现已被查封。
Case 2:
西嘉外汇冒充FCA监管。西嘉外汇从2017year1month13日起，已不在受英国FCA的监管，但是西嘉外汇还在冒充说，他们是受英国FCA的监管，监管号为：FCA186677。换句话说就是在2017年所有关于西嘉的说法都是假的，投资者的钱全都投到了西嘉外汇的私人账户。
2017year12月，西嘉最终还是跑路了。开始是限制出金额度，慢慢的演化成拒绝出金，到最后的卷钱跑路，失联。（WX：yuanlanglunjin）
Case 3:
2017year10month20Day,OCTO受害者说，他在微信上加了一个实战交流群，里面推荐的是资深分析师，从事金融行业很长时间，无论股票的牛市还是熊市都能保证稳定的盈利。
刚进群讲的是股票抓牛股，过几天说股票不稳定，跟着他们做外汇，接着就是OCTO客服号的推荐等等。就是在OCTO开了户，入了金，在老师的喊单下操作下，短短的几天亏损完了所有的钱。接着要么就是老师让你加金，要么就是联系不到老师了。

这些都是黑平台所常用的手段：
