美元触底回升空头形态没变

　　在周二的foreign exchange市场上，美元呈探底回升的走势，美元指数最高上涨到89.67,最低下跌到89.23, closing at89.52。欧美最高上涨到1.24140，最低下跌到1.23370, closing at1.23680。
　　IMF在最新的经济展望报告中称，将美国2018年经济增速预估从2.7%Up to2.9%, will2019年经济增速预估从2.5%Up to2.7%。
　　周二旧金山联储主席威廉姆斯今天发表讲话称，美国经济将很快进入第二长的扩张周期，预计2018Year2019年美国经济增速均值为2.5%。美国国家经济顾问库德洛开始预见税改的结果是经济繁荣，或许会有另一税改法案来简化税收模式。美国总统特朗普也发推文指出，许多人看到了税改的好处，就业率正在上升，税收正在下降，享受这一切吧。
　　美银美林表示，如果金价未能成功向上突破，看空美元可能有风险，如果金价从1350-1375的区间中继续下跌，那么这个季度可能会形成三顶形态。
从技术上来看,美指周二下跌在89.20之上受到brace，反弹受阻在89.70之下，收盘在89.52,意味着美元短线有可能反弹后保持下跌的走势。
