如果圆规的两只脚都动，永远也画不出一个圆，只要找准某个点，你都可以成为任意圆上完美的切线。对于攀登者来说，失掉往昔的足迹并不可惜，迷失了继续前进的方向却很危险，一个人的习惯有些像天性，因为“经常”和“总是”之间的差别是不大的，天性属于“总是”的范畴，而习惯则属于“经常”的范畴，就像我们知道抽烟不好却还继续，你明白止损不对依旧仍然是一个道理。

1、等待一个新趋势的出现，从均线上判断和确定一个趋势已经形成，而不是试图在趋势还没有出现时候就试图抓住一个想象中的趋势的顶端或者底端。

2、在趋势形成后，等待趋势中出现明朗的回调或者反弹形态，注意是形态而不是简单的一两根k线的回调或者反弹。

3、在确认出现的形态是对趋势的回调或者反弹而不是转势后，在回调或者反弹形态即将终结或者已经终结的时候，最好是形态和均线完美结合的地方，按均线指示的方向入市操作。

4、操作时候，按风险控制原则制订好仓位比例，止损幅度，获利目标，盈利后的止赢措施，或者加减仓措施。

5、到达盈利的最小目标后至少要减仓，到达盈利最大目标后或者趋势走势出现逆转后全部平仓。

好的心态是盈利的关键：

1、记住成为盈利的交易者是一个旅程，而非目的地。世界上并不存在只赢不输的交易者。试着每天交易的更好一些，从自己的进步中得到乐趣。聚精会神学习技术分析的技艺，提高自己的交易技巧，而不是仅仅把注意力放在自己交易输赢多少上。

5、永远牢记，无论赢输，一人承担。不要去责怪市场或者别人。赔钱为你制造一个机会，让你能够注意到交易中究竟出现了什么问题。不要针对个人进行攻击。

6、成功的交易者对风险进行量化和分析，真正的理解并接受风险。从情绪上和心理上接受风险决定你在每次交易中的心态。个体的风险容忍度和交易时间的偏好，也使得每个交易者各有不同之处。选择一个能够反映你的交易偏好和风险容忍度的交易方法。
