Market Review
　　在周二的foreign exchange市场上，美元呈较大幅度下跌的走势，美元指数最高上涨到90.06, 最低下跌到89.50, closing at89.62。欧美最高上涨到1.2420，最低下跌到1.2328, closing at1.2406。
　　朝鲜方面再次传来重大消息，朝鲜表示在确保政权安全的前提下愿意与美国就无核化问题举行会谈，并将与韩国举行逾10年以来的首次首脑会谈。美国总统特朗普也在推特上做出了回应。消息传来之后，美元急跌。美元本已走低，因担忧美国总统特朗普上周宣布的对进口钢铝征收关税的计划可能触发贸易战。
　　朝鲜和韩国举行会谈的消息发布后，美元进一步下跌，近几个月美元被视为避险货币，投资者买入澳元、纽元和新兴市场货币。韩国周二表示，朝鲜和韩国4月将举行两国逾十年来的首次峰会。朝鲜和韩国仍然在技术上处于战争状态，但两国的紧张关系自上月韩国冬奥会以来得到缓和。
