　　在上周五的foreign exchange市场上，美元呈小幅震荡整理的走势，美元指数最高上涨到90.06, 最低下跌到89.70, closing at89.88。欧美最高上涨到1.23380，最低下跌到1.22800, closing at1.22960。
　　上周五外汇市场风起云涌。先是英镑在毫无征兆的情况下“闪崩”，随后又急剧反弹。随后，加拿大最新出炉的通胀数据表现靓丽，加元应声跳涨。美元则小幅上涨，延续从上周触及的三年低位反弹的势态，因美联储可能更积极加息，促使投资者削减看空美元的押注。
　　公债收益率上升，对美元抛售过度的看法，以及美联储1月会议记录基调相对乐观，扶助美元指数本周周线上升0.8%。 美联储上周五向国会提交了半年度货币政策报告。联储在报告中预期，经济将继续稳步增长，近期没有重大风险可能令其暂停计划的加息步伐。该报告没有理会近期股市急跌和对通胀的担忧。
　　欧元兑美元微幅下跌，受累于美元走坚，以及在3month4日意大利大选结果揭晓前投资者谨慎行事。
从技术上来看,美指上周五回调在89.70之上受到brace，反弹受阻在90.10之下，收盘在89.88,意味着美元短线有可能继续保持小区间震荡整理的走势。如果美指今天反弹在90.00--90.05If there is a hindrance below, the goal of future correction will be directed towards89.70—89.50。美指只有日线收盘在90.00之上，汇价才能减缓跌势。美指只有站稳在90.60之上，汇价才会继续扩大反弹的空间。
