　周一（12month18日）加拿大皇家银行资本市场分析师表示，预计世界最大产油国之一的石油产量将大幅减产，市场投资者可能低估了该国危机的严重性。


　　全球投资银行的分析师在周一发布的一份研究报告中表示，尽管委内瑞拉的石油产量在2018年将出现“大幅下跌”，但其损失程度可能远比投资者预期的要更加严重。加拿大皇家银行资本市场全球商品策略主管HelimaCroft在报告中表示：“鉴于此次危机的严重性，我们认为，如果市场参与者认为委内瑞拉的产量损失只是反映了2014年的每天数十万桶crude oil的损失，那是不明智的。”相反，分析人士表示，加拉加斯的产量损失每天至少要高出几十万桶，甚至有可能接近委内瑞拉在2002年石油罢工期间的水平。委内瑞拉作为拉丁美洲主要产油国之一，近年来随着依赖石油的国家陷入经济危机，石油生产水平不断下降。多年来，政府管理不善，油价长期下跌，加剧了这种动荡局面。
