    周四欧美时段盘中，金融市场迎来欧洲央行利率决议以及美国“恐怖数据”的双重冲击。欧洲央行如期按兵不动，全面上调了经济增长和通胀预期，但德拉基同时表示通胀尚未展示出上扬迹象，欧元在短线冲高之后急剧回落90Point,1.18关口瞬间失守。预计日内欧央行鸽派决议将继续发酵，或令欧元持续承压。

    英央行决议符合市场预期，公布后英镑下跌。美国数据向好加上英央行立场偏鸽派导致汇价跌至日低1.3391，但之后迅速反弹至1.3400水平。周五英央行将公布季度声明，不过不太可能影响英镑，大部分数据已经公布。英国脱欧方面，隔夜有消息报道，英国和欧盟的最终协议需得到英国议会的批准，脱欧进程仍存变数，也令英镑承压。
